Jon Kunkle

Jon began his coaching career in 2006 as a head coach with both Plymouth Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) and indoor soccer teams. Additionally, Jon is a former Vice President of the Girl's Division of PYSA and was also responsible for coaching development. Jon joined the Stingrays in 2009 and is currently coaching the Girls U11 team and is a member of the training staff for the U9 Developmental team, and was also the Future Rays assistant director. He has a Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) E License and G certification from Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) and is currently pursuing other advanced coaching certifications.

Jon was a three sport athlete in high school and was the team captain at Carver High School (Class of 1989) in soccer as well as basketball and golf. Jon graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor degree in Management Science.

Jon currently resides in Plymouth with his wife Kelly and daughters Emily and Paige.
